Free speech delayed at Fashion Fair GAP — will it be denied¿?
Soon after the GAP 19 won a clearcut free speech victory in court (See here for details) rumors started that the case would be appealed. See here for hints of out of town corporate pressures. So on November 3, GAP sweatshop protesters rallied on the sidewalk, not approaching the mall’s main entrance under threat of arrest. That day the inside table was used by peace demonstrators. On video below Mike Rhodes talks of ambiguities.
