| Judge Hamlin today threw out the second and final charge against the GAP 19. They were arrested in May of 2000 while protesting at the Fresno Fashion Fair mall against GAP sweatshops. Last month he threw out the trespassing charges. This month he rejected the interfering with business charge. Both charges violated the protesters free speech rights. The protesters attorneys Patience Milrod and Jack Weisberg were brilliant in presenting the constitutional legal issues. | |||||||
